We are a leader in the towing and recovery industry. We are Wichita's Original Towing & Recovery Service with more than 45 years in business!
We pride ourselves in providing efficient service and a quick response. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. We are looking for an experienced Class A Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator/Heavy Tow Truck Driver. The CDL A driver will operate a Heavy-Duty Wrecker transporting vehicles or equipment to and from designated customer requested locations. Towing involves, but is not limited to, large trucks, tractor/trailer combinations, class 8 vehicles, box trucks and Recreational Vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Heavy-Duty Wrecker Operator/Heavy Tow Truck Driver include the following:
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; work in high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
